Who are we?
“Sama” means presence of mind, the roots of which go way back into the Indian Mythology. In Chapter 2, Verse 48 of the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says to Arjun, “Yoga-sthaḥ kuru karmāṇi saṅgaṁ tyaktvā dhanañjaya siddhy-asiddhyoḥ samo bhūtvā samatvaṁ yoga uchyate Samatva”, meaning, “O Arjun, be steadfast in the performance of your duty, abandoning your attachment to success and failure. Such equanimity is called Yog.”
At ‘Samatva’, we believe in exploring our deepest potential using a mix of business tools, mindfulness meditation and the precious ancient wisdom that has withstood every test of time. So that you get closer to productivity, resilience and happiness.
